NEW CUSTOMERS: Orders must be paid by credit card until a line of credit is established. Decorative Paper Co. accepts Visa, Master Card or American Express credit/debit card. In order to use the card you must provide the following: the card number, expiration date and the three digit security code on the back of the card.
ORDERS: Orders may be placed by phone, fax, email or through our website. Order cut off time is 1:00 p.m. P.S.T. (Pacific Standard Time) for stock items to ship the same day. There is a $10.00 minimum order. Decorative Paper Co. reserves the right to substitute products in our kits as items may become discontinued.
SALES TAX: Sales tax will be incurred for orders placed and shipped to locations in California at a standard rate of 8.75%. Orders placed and received out of the state of California will be tax exempt.
PAYMENT TERMS: All online purchases through this web site must be paid for by using a valid Visa, Master Card or American Express credit/debit card. We attempt to maintain a published price, however, due to market conditions, our prices may change without notice. Prices shown on the acknowledgement or invoice supersedes those published in any previous price list or catalog.
FREIGHT: Customers will be responsible for freight charges, unless otherwise specified. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or in some cases of larger orders via UPS Freight.
CLAIMS: Once a product leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the customer. It is important that all shipments are inspected for damages and accuracy of the order at the time of delivery. DAMAGES/SHORTAGES MUST BE DOCUMENTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT FOR RECOURSE PURPOSES. At times, damage may not be apparent. Should you suspect damage, document on the delivery receipt and consult your Decorative Paper Co. representative to assist you.
DO NOT refuse or return product(s) without contacting Decorative Paper Co. for authorization. Product(s) being returned will require an “RA” (Return Authorization) number. Returns may be subject to freight and re-stocking fees (20% of product being returned). Please contact your Decorative Paper Co. representative to assist you.
